月並みだがおそらく人生で一番大きい買い物であるマイホームを新築で建てて購入した
なにせ何十年、ヘタすりゃ一生住む家、俺はあらゆる観点から見て妥協の無い家にしたかった
その中の一つの拘りがキッチン
「オール電化のコンロだとチャーハンが美味しく出来る気がしない」という理由だけで
オール電化にしたいという家族全員の満場一致の意見をガン無視し、勝手にオール電化無しにした
モメにモメて一度は嫁が実家に帰るとか帰らないの騒ぎになりながら、
結局俺は最後までオール電化を入れる事を認めなかった

業者と打ち合わせ時も営業マンが異常なまでにオール電化推して来て、
チャーハンへの拘り件も話したら問題ない問題ないの一点張りだった
だが聞いてれば大してチャーハンのことをわかってない、
たぶんピラフと焼き飯とチャーハンの違いもよくわかってない事は明らかだった
それで俺はアツくなって「問題ないない言うけど、アンタは究極のチャーハンを追求した事があるのか！？
ただ火を通してチャーハンの体裁が保ててるだけの駄料理じゃない
美味くするタメの全ての要素を吟味しつくしたチャーハンを本気で作った事があるか？
それを電気コンロでやろうとシミュレーションした時、本当に火で作るチャーハンの美味さの要素を全部持ってるとハッキリ答えられるか?」
そいつは答えられなかった。そしてオール電化を推す事もなくなり結局俺の思惑通りガス有りのマイホームができた

今の東電の対応を見てるとチャーハンがうまくできない件もトボけてたに違いないと確信してるよ
